Job description

- Establish, maintain, and optimize global employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Drive Nordex' popularity and presence on career portals including LinkedIn, Xing, Kununu, and Glassdoor.
- Devise original, cross-media tactics to communicate with our target audiences.
- Remain ahead of social media trends and proactively introduce fresh ideas to your team.
- Participate in relevant events, conferences, and job fairs to strengthen our employer brand and attract our ideal candidates.
- Plan, organize and measure our employer branding projects and campaigns.
- Liaise with our marketing and communications departments and our Talent Acquisition Team to ensure employer branding content aligns with brand requirements and company target.
- Running our Social Media accounts to support our recruiting activities.


Job requirements

- 5 and more years of experience in recruiting and / or employer branding, marketing, digital marketing, strategic HR or corporate communication.
- Experience and true passion in digital marketing and social media.
- Passion for people.
- Excellent presentation skills, high assertiveness and ability to establish trustful relationships across regions and local units, stakeholder management.
- Ability to work on various tasks in parallel.
- Excellent English.
- University degree.
