Experience in Verticalization of Microsoft Business Central: Minimum of 5 years' experience working on the verticalization of Microsoft Business Central for clients, with the ability to adapt the platform to each client's specific needs.
Profound Knowledge in Performance: Solid experience in creating and executing performance tests in products based on Microsoft Business Central, aiming to minimize deadlocks, timeouts, and change records.
Product Focus, not just Projects: Background demonstrating the ability to work on the development and continuous improvement of products based on Microsoft Business Central, as opposed to exclusively managing projects.
Mastery of Agile Methodologies: Proven experience in implementing and practicing agile methodologies like Scrum to optimize product delivery, quality and adaptability.
Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify performance bottlenecks in the product and propose effective and efficient solutions.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate findings, proposed improvements, and work collaboratively in multifunctional teams.
